Biography

• Higher education.
• Major in mathematics.
• Since 1993, Mikhail Abyzov held senior managerial positions in various companies of the fuel and energy complex.
• In 1998, Mikhail Abyzov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Novosibirkenergo”. The same year Mikhail Abyzov was appointed member of the Governing Board and the Head of Investment Policy and Business-projects Department of RAO “UES of Russia”.
• Acted as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of RAO “EUS of Russia” since 1999.
• In 2004, due to reorganization of RAO “EUS of Russia”, Mikhail Abyzov was appointed member of the Management Board of RAO “EUS of Russia” and Executive Director of Business-unit #1.
• June, 2003–2005 Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Russian Communal Systems”.
• 2005–2007 — General Director of JSC “Kuzbassrazrezugol”.
• 2007–2010 — Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Mostotrest”.
• 2006–2012 Chairman of the Board of Directors of “RU-COM” LLC
• 2007–2012 Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Е4 Group”.
• 2012–Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation. (As of Decree № 81 of the 18th of January 2012 of the President of the Russian Federation).
