2011. “Russia in 1990–2000–2010. Ways of further development”

Responsible prediction of the Russia’s future image requires complex assessment and comprehensive analysis of twenty-year Russian history, the period of cardinal transformation of the country at all levels. The objectives of VII forum is the determination of the framework of new social contract that will identify further steps in development of the Russian state.

2010. New economy and cultural policy.

Modernization of Russia must be based on capitalization of an individual and human potential, investments in culture and education. Country development requires synergy of cultural and economic aspects. One of the main objectives of VI Perm Forum is the actualization of the role of cultural policy within the models of social and economic development of the country being elaborated.

2009. Competitive development territory.

The center of attention of V Perm Forum is the recipes for formation of competitive environment in economy and education, healthcare, culture and town planning. The forum speakers present their view of competition mechanisms promoting the development of the environment free of ineffective elements.

2008. New Metropolises: cities that are chosen.

Competitive struggle between the regions, cities for the population is soaring. The success of such struggle depends on understanding what cities attract people and what is considered a competitive advantage for selection of a place to live. IV Perm Forum also aims to attract investors to the region and develop the offering programs for them.

2007. Strategic tricks for economic break: macroeconomic and taxation factors of success.

Discussions of the III Perm Forum are aimed at definition of strategic approaches allowing to achieve success in improvement of the governmental management, development of infrastructure, formation of new urban centers.

2006. New Economy Phenomenon: macroeconomic and taxation factors of growth.

II Perm Forum primarily considers the need for the contemporary economy to take into account global development conditions. Forum participants determine the way regional and business models must be rebuilt with respect to new factors.
