Biography

Was born in 1963 in Kharkov, Soviet Ukraine. Graduated by Faculty of Economics in Lomonosov Moscow State University. PhD, take an active part in public activities. Co-author of very first Russian workbook for experts in exhibition industry “Exhibition Management”, author of numerous published works on the themes of Trade Marketing, Management, Public Relations.

1988–91 — researcher of a several research institutes in the system of the Academy of agricultural Sciences;
1989–93 — science editor in “Farmer” magazine;
1990–91 — economic journalist in the leading socio-political and specialized mass-media;
1991–92 — assistant general manager in the Association of scientists agrarians;
1993–95 — marketing Director in “Terna” JSC;
1996 — up to date — President & CEO in The “Zaschita Expo” Сompany;
1997 — up to date — project head manager of “Pokupaite Rossiyskoe” (“Buying of the Russian”);
2005-08, 2010 — up to date — President of Russian Association of security industry;
16.06.10 — up to date — President of the Association of industry.

The Chairman of the methodical Committee of the Russian Union of exhibitions and fairs.
The Chairman of the Security Expert Council of the Moscow city Duma Commission on security.
