Yuri Vasiliev

Biography

Yuri graduated from the faculty of management at GU-VSHE, majoring iin Strategic Management.

In 1999–2000, he completed an internship with the RAO “EES” and ZAO “MMVB”.

In 2001–2002, he led the service division at the head office of ZAO “MDM”.

In 2003–2004, he was the director of “The First National Foundation for Human Investment” and was the Deputy Director of the NP “Center for Corporate Entrepreneurship”.

In 2004–2006, he led the project to reform the system for the non-productive GESmanagement company “Volga Hydroelectric Casacade” (later renamed “RusHydro”).

In 2007-2010, he became the Deputy General Director of “Multigroup”. Yuri directed a technology park project in the high technology sector of the Republic of Mordovia.

Yuri has been a senior executive of the SEZ in Zelenograd since the beginning of 2010. Prior to his appointment as head of the branch, he was the first deputy head of the branch and was responsible for investor relations (SEZ residents).
