Rustam Vakhitov

Biography

Rustam Vakhitov has been involved with the questions of international tax assessment since 2002. He has professional experience in legal and consulting companies in Russia, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Rustam’s specialty is international tax assessment, tax structuring and consulting involving the use of international tax agreements, supporting transactions using financial instruments, as well as the structuring of private investments (funds) and supporting international merger and acquisition transactions.

Rustam is the deputy manager of the Russian division of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), where he served as the contributor from the Russian division of the organization.

Rustam Vakhitov is fluent in English and Dutch and is the author of many publications on questions of international tax assessment and tax planning.
