Biography

He is an honored worker in the Russian Federation’s cultural field.

He has experience working in administrative positions at the largest cultural institutes in Perm, such as the Perm Philharmonic, the Perm Circus, and the Perm Academic Theater of Drama (now Theater-Theater). He took part in the 2012 pre-election campaign as an authorized delegate for Vladimir Putin, presidential candidate of the Russian Federation. Anatoly writes a blog, anatolypichkalev, on the Wordpress.com portal.
